I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this specialbrand-new hotel. Its location was indeed best possible and only 5 minutes walk from Rathaus Basel Town Hall. The area was lovely right by important sites, gracious, helpful staff, beautiful, modern rooms and museums, restaurants and the river. There was a fabulous bar and excellent food at the outdoor restaurant. The service here was excellent.

the location was best possible - just 5 minutes' walk from rathaus basel town hall. the twin room was great modern and brand-new, with a seating area, ironing facilities and a study table.

Staying here was fantastic. It's just a few steps to the fine Basler Munster and vibrant old town.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay where relaxing on the rooftop area and having a delightful dinner at the restaurant were highlights for me. The wellness center had an amazing sauna and a serene steam room that made my stay even more rejuvenating. A minor hiccup was that breakfast options were a bit repetitive over three mornings, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

The location was ideal, right in the plaza with tram access and a short walk to the basilica. Fresh water was available at all times, and the terrace boasted fine views. Really good Service and Beautiful Location

The friendly staff provided excellent service and. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the city. The breakfast was a highlight too, with freshly baked pastries and high-quality regional products. The noise from the trams at night was a bit disruptive to my sleep.
