I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this specialbrand-new hotel. Its location was indeed best possible and only 5 minutes walk from Rathaus Basel Town Hall. The area was lovely right by important sites, gracious, helpful staff, beautiful, modern rooms and museums, restaurants and the river. There was a fabulous bar and excellent food at the outdoor restaurant. The service here was excellent.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay where relaxing on the rooftop area and having a delightful dinner at the restaurant were highlights for me. The wellness center had an amazing sauna and a serene steam room that made my stay even more rejuvenating. A minor hiccup was that breakfast options were a bit repetitive over three mornings, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Spacious rooms offered a modern yet comfortable feel, with a separate private water closet enhancing convenience. The location was ideal, right in the plaza with tram access and a short walk to the basilica. Fresh water was available at all times, and the terrace boasted fine views. While the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, the dining options could have been more varied, and the lack of a gym was noticeable for fitness enthusiasts.
